Advent Conspiracy: making Christmas meaningful again. Advent series for services, small groups and devotionals
“Advent Conspiracy is about the entire body of Christ at work in the world. As we worship fully, spend less, give more, and love all, something begins to happen that is greater than any single person, church, or denomination. As the Church, we are telling the story of Jesus to the watching world.” - www.adventconspiracy.org
If you would like to buy the book for yourself, it costs approximately £9 and you can find it on Amazon. There is recommended reading from it before each weekly small group session, but we will adapt the materials to allow for those who have not purchased the book so please feel no pressure to do so.
Advent small groups will take place on Wednesdays from 7.30-9 in Barn Church. If you prefer a daytime option, come along to Ardersier Church on Tuesdays between 2-4pm.
You should already have adult and youth devotionals – if not then please get in touch with the office.
Monday evenings for youth.. There will be a youth Christmas celebration on 15th December from 6.30-8.30pm. Food provided at both. After that, we’ll break until the new year and will let you know when we recommence.
Exchange Hub – Monthly gatherings for teas and coffees, catch-ups with friends, music, board games, from 7pm-9pm, come and go as you please. See our web site for dates: https://www.cullodenandardersierchurch.org.uk/hub Note there is no January Hub.
Church Lunches – We are having a monthly church lunch after our all-age services for December only, this will be on 21st December (not 7th) The December lunch will be a special Christmas lunch following an all-age nativity service – more details, including the chance to sign up, to follow.
